This is a Historical Poster (#31 of a series) of the Original Cliff House (four different structures have occupied the site 1858-Present). Residents and visitors to San Francisco know the location well...at the end of Geary Avenue/Point Lobos where it meets Ocean Beach. Constructed in 1858 and remained until 1864 when it burned to the ground.
